So what has the 2020 pandemic presented for small businesses? Many would say instability, headaches, employee issues, cash flow issues. But some industries are fighting against this. The franchise industry in particular is getting creative to keep small business running and to help their franchisees. That means “pivoting” in some cases to expand on services that weren’t the main source of income before. Or changing how business is done to maximize profits and limit expenses.
